    I stay strong by helping my parents and contributing to everyday family conversations.

    helping who ever is home with me because both of my parents are in the military and my dad mostly deploys he is deloying soon:(

    helping my mom when she needs help with usual things need finished even though my dads gone.

    staying positive when your parent leaves for deployment when unexpected or when expected esp. by focusing on positive thoughts like "He will come back alive."

    remember that there can be double celebrations for what is missed out on when my parent is away.
